Job Role
As an Electric Bike Delivery Rider, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering food, parcels, or other goods safely and efficiently using an electric bike provided by the employer.
- Following assigned delivery routes using GPS or navigation applications.
- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
- Handling cash or digital payments when required.
- Performing basic daily inspections of the electric bike and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Maintaining delivery records and reporting completed deliveries.
- Following company policies, traffic regulations, and road safety standards.
- Supporting other delivery-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Age between 21–45 years.
- Valid motorcycle or driving licence (preferred, depending on employer requirements).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Medically fit for overseas employment.
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) with a clear record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Delivery Rider, Courier, or in a related field is an advantage.
- Fresh applicants with good riding skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Training will be provided by the employer.
